New high capacity telehandler from XCMG

XCMG has launched a heavy duty 23 tonne telehandler.

Apart from its 23,000kg lifting capacity, the XT23010K boasts a maximum lifting height of 9.8m. It is designed to be suitable across a range of applications, using a number of attachments, including  fork lifting, earth moving, hoisting and work using an aerial platform in construction, agriculture and mining.

The model is equipped with a 4.5L Cummins engine delivering 670 Nm of torque, giving it a high level of power, combined with fuel efficiency.

Its transmission system is electronically controlled, reducing driver fatigue, while there is 4-wheel steering and 4-wheel drive and a rear axle suspension system for enhanced ride comfort.

The cab includes internal ABS vacuum forming to protect against moisture-induced aging, deformation and mildew. There is also a four-way adjustable seat with a range of integrated featues, such as radio, fan, fire extinguisher and anti-slip mats, among others.

On the outside the four-section boom is constructed from high-strength steel and provides synchronised telescoping. There is also an automatic leveling system that adjusts the forks during boom movement. In addition there is a lateral levelling system for rough terrain to further stability.

For attachments there is a quick attachment system for buckets, work platforms, clamps, hooks and robotic arms.
