New vertical mast from XCMG

XCMG has launched a new 12.7m working height vertical mast lift.

The XGR12J vertical mast lift is designed to be flexible across a range of applications in challenging work environments including narrow spaces.

Equipped with an intelligent control system, it features a user-friendly layout and is lubrication-free for ease of use and maintenance, comprehensive safety elements and a wide range of configurations.

With compact dimensions of 3700mm length, 1200mm width and 2000mm it is among the smallest in the industry, which allows four units to be transported in a standard shipping container.

The machine delivers powerful driving performance, with a climbing capacity of 25%, making it highly mobile for relocation and transportation.

The XGR12J’s mast and telescopic boom combination provides a maximum outreach of 5.66m. It has a tight turning radius of just 0.8m, ideal for operation in confined spaces. Its fly jib offers -60/+60 degree range of motion, significantly expanding the working range.

Advanced two-wheel AC electric drive technology and steering differential greatly reduce tire wear and motor overload, says XCMG, while electro-hydraulic proportional controls enhance energy efficiency and performance.

Safety features included chassis tilt protection, platform overload alarm, emergency lowering, speed limitation, and smooth start-stop technology, ensuring safer operation.
