Match the machine's full model and serial coverage to the Dingli parts manual, then identify the correct assembly variant before requesting a replacement part. A similar model name or a familiar component photograph does not establish compatibility. The useful ordering information is the applicable manual revision, assembly reference, part identification and required quantity.
This example uses Dingli parts manual SM042320113, revision 1.4, with a March 2024 printing date, checked on 11 October 2026. Its cover lists BA22CERT2, BA20CERT2, BA18CERT2 and BA16CERT2 and states serial-number coverage. It should not be treated as a parts list for every Dingli articulated boom lift.
What should you check on the manual cover?
Confirm the complete machine designation, the manual number and revision, and the serial information before looking for a component. Keep a clear identification-plate photograph with the enquiry so the supplier can check the actual machine against the document.
The reference manual covers several models together, but its contents still separate model-specific assemblies. A shared cover therefore does not mean that every illustrated component is interchangeable across the four machines.
If the supplier provides a different revision, ask which version applies to the offered serial number and whether the part identification has changed. The newest file found online is not automatically the right ordering document for an older machine.
Why does the assembly variant matter?
The manual's contents distinguish battery and steering configurations. For BA22CERT2 and BA20CERT2, it lists separate Battery Module Assembly 2 sections for lead-acid and lithium batteries. It also separates two-wheel-steering and four-wheel-steering axle installations.
