New head for Kiloutou in Italy

Kiloutou has appointed a new managing director for its Italian business, with former Linde and Errevi Automation manager Andrea Lusvardi taking on the role from 4 July.

He succeeds Yann Canari, who is leaving Kiloutou after a 25-year career with the group, including the last seven years in Italy. Canari is leaving to pursue new professional challenges.

Lusvardi has more than twenty years’ experience in senior positions in intralogistics, automation, agritech and automotive. He is a former vice president of sales and service at Linde Material Handling in Italy, and most recently was general manager of Errevi Automation, an Intalian warehouse automation business.

‘Joining Kiloutou Italy at such a dynamic time for the rental sector is a source of great enthusiasm for me”, said Lusvardi, “I firmly believe that team members and their ability to work together are the key to achieving sustainable performance and serving customers in the best possible way.’

Kiloutou paid tribute to outgoing managing director Canari; “The group would like to express its sincere thanks to him for his strategic contribution, which has helped consolidate the Group’s presence in Italy and further embed the values that characterise Kiloutou: simplicity in relationships, team spirit, focus on results and customer centricity.”

Canari said; “Being part of Kiloutou Italy’s growth has been an extraordinary experience, made possible by a close-knit and passionate team, by customers who have continued to place their trust in us, and by partners of the highest calibre.

“I am delighted to leave the company in capable hands and I am confident that Andrea will lead this new phase with energy and enthusiasm.”
